Mathew T. Clark, MD MPH FACAAI FAAP
Dr. Clark graduated from the University of Georgia in 1991 with a B.S. in Biochemistry. He then graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995, where he was elected to the medical honor society, AOA. He then went on to serve as a medical officer and flight surgeon in the United States Navy, leaving the Navy in 2003 with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. While in the Navy, he completed an internship in Family Medicine in 1996 and a residency in Aerospace Medicine in 1999. He also earned his Master in Public Health degree from the Harvard School of Public Health in 1998. He is Board Certified in Aerospace Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, and he is a certified FAA Civil Aeromedical Examiner. Dr. Clark moved to North Augusta in 2003 to complete pediatrics training at the Medical College of Georgia. He finished this training in 2006 and is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. After completing his pediatric residency, Dr. Clark stayed at the Medical College of Georgia to complete a fellowship in pediatric and adult allergy, asthma and immunology. He finished this training in 2008 and is Board Certified with the American Board of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Clark, his wife Katherine, and their six children, are delighted to live in North Augusta, and they are thankful to the Lord that they have begun to put down roots here in this great South Carolina town.
