After graduation, Curtis became NCCPA Board Certified, joined the South Carolina Association of Physician Assistants (SCAPA), and began practicing family medicine. For nine years, he served as a family practice PA in Batesburg-Leesville and in Edgefield. In addition, he began serving as a physician assistant in the Army National Guard. He also joined the Strom Thurmond High School Athletic Department and currently serves as their PA. In 2015, Curtis joined Dr. Matthew Clark at Covenant Family Allergy.
When not at work, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife Carolyn and their two children. He loves surfing, traveling, and exercising. He currently attends Fairview Presbyterian Church and has served as deacon and member of the Connection Committee. Curtis loves learning about history, especially the history of his native South Carolina.
Curtis is incredibly grateful to God for the opportunity to work with Dr. Clark. As a father of a child with asthma and severe food allergies, Curtis feels a very personal connection to this specialty area. He looks forward to serving the people in North Augusta and surrounding areas.
